Item is handmade, very solid, and looks great. The quality is similar or the same to that of my Safariland holster. It is easily able to be mounted to a holster as I did and fully covers the tourniquet, so the Velcro doesn't ruin your long sleeves. Edit: I've attached mine to my holster with Eleven10's holster mount and it's compatible and works well.

Quality is great but the problem is the thing is absolutely humongous. No way this could fit anywhere on a vest or belt. Tons of wasted space inside. This could have and should have been made much smaller and slimmer.
